Alf's report

Alf from Central Europe is apparently active again. Here are a number of his findings. I have been looking for a couple of them for quite a while (VLDR, DPQT, M21) and thought that they went down the drain, but Alf logged them very recently. It has been a while, Alf. Welcome back! I think that the majority of your unids are Eastern European military stations. Note that the new NATO countries and other PfP countries -Russia excepted- are using CET nowadays.

M21

5141.5 kHz Russ.AF/Air Defence, RUS: 2225 CW mkr:

Central European Summer Time, so FOR SURE NO RUSSIANS
Using long zeros, not T for 0!!
Which CE military is using this kind of CW operation?
