"Mystery" station

A mystery station popped up on 8 August on 6869 kHz. It transmitted a loop message using a computerized voice. The message was "285 6878". The numbers may have been sampled from a song of the German band Kraftwerk.

The transmission had all the trade marks of a French pirate who usually transmits on 6660 kHz LSB. Most of the times he transmits loops of all kinds of things, like parts of old tv programs or old records. Sometimes just random voices. He was not on 6660 kHz during the transmission on the 8th.
