E03

Where is the Lincolnshire Poacher? The last logs were made on 2 or 3 July.

LP was heard on 2 July at 1542 UTC on 11545, 13375 and 16084 kHz and possibly on 3 July on 5746 kHz at 2132 UTC.

Did they change all their frequencies and times? Could be but many frequencies have been in use for at least 13 years. Did they switch to satcomms? Who knows.

They might just be back in a couple of weeks.

The strange thing is that LP's sister, Cherry Ripe, is still alive and kicking.

E03a (E04)

I received logs from Tomonori and John who checked the skeds for me after LP left the airwaves. I don't know if all the skeds are still being used but we now that Cherry Ripe is still transmitting at the time of writing.
