Russian high Command Moscow, unid tx site, F1B fsk morse, strategic flash message to unid (but presumed Pacific Fleet) recipient RAC, "xxx xxx rac rac 36020 bercowyj 7151 3796 k". RAC is "believed" to be a part of the Russian Pacific fleet. From a north/east pacific location, RAC has been heard in duplex traffic with RJS ( Pacific Fleet HQ ) on 7574 kHz. The message to RAC was NOT in parallel on the far-east freq 21.1 kHz, so if this entity RAC is part of the Pacific fleet, it could very well be one of the far east vessels now on tour. Even tough my RDF is down, signal strength of the used VLF transmitter indicated "43 Communications Hub" at Vileyka in Belarus . This transmitter has good to acceptable coverage down to equator and eastwards to India , - guess there is some ongoing Russian navy activity in that area. Anyone on the list with some more details on who RAC could be ???

Some recent flash messages addressed to Russian strategic forces. All rx'ed on VLF 18.1 kHz. Due to severe weather damage to the RDF loops, no RDF data (all transmitters listed as "unid") until spring or warmer weather, whatever comes first, hi!

Strategic flash message to recipient RDL: "xxx xxx rdl rdl 50403 91755 poklonnyj 1619 5553 k" then again fsk morse "xxx xxx" but followed by strategic data using F1B T600 mode aka Bee 36/50 w/75 Hz shift // 7657, 11468, 14411, 14664 kHz. Strategic flash message to recipients RKS and RDL: "xxx xxx rks rks rdl rdl 3704(?) 07498 doksograf (????) 2375 k" ) Strategic flash message to recipients RKS and RDL, "xxx xxx rks rks rdl rdl 97927 46005 uøkan 1726 0909 k" Strategic flash message to recipients RKS and RDL, "xxx xxx rks rks rdl rdl 25574 21299 bakbo 5032 7370 k" (All 18.1 logs supplied by Trond)
