"RGT77 is the General Staff Broadcast out of the Kremlin and has been using the same callsign since before World War II. The tuning callsign when first appearing on day, night or intermediate frequencies appears as "VVV RLH RLH K" when it was the Soviet Union "VVV UFD UFD K" was used but that now belongs to Ukraine."
